There are cases where men doesn?t even gets car insurance but there are hardly any cases when women drivers are rejected with car insurance. This is because women drivers encounter fewer accidents than men on roads Women drivers tends to drive quite slow than men on roads.
Women are more cautious than men and this is the reason why they always tend to drive slowly. If they travel slowly then there is less possibility of meeting with an accident. Insurance companies always tend to be in the safer side by issuing the car insurance to the women drivers and rightly so. Some experts say that more than ninety percent of the road accidents happen due to men. Men always tend to ride fast. They love adventure happening in their lives and this will force them to move fast in the cars. This is the sole reason why the accidents happen and that too by men.
The whole concept of insurance policy is that if the person gets insurance then he is liable to claim for the accidents that happen in the insured car and the insurance company is liable to pay back the claimed amount. So in this case if the insurance is given a week back and if the claim happens the following week then it is a huge loss to the insurance company.
So this is the reason why the insurance company always look for good drivers and they give insurance only to them. If a man decides to get an insurance policy then it requires lots of process to be done. The insurance company does a detailed back ground check when it comes to man. The person must have a good history of driving. This is because if the person is a good driver then there is less possibility of him meeting with an accident even in the future. So a good track record will come in handy for men drivers. But in the case of women drivers the process of getting insurance is different. This is the reason why the women drivers always pay fewer premiums.
